If you Google Bridget Johnson, what comes up is “Bridget A Johnson is a Coldwell Banker Realty real estate agent serving Atlanta, GA and the surrounding areas.” What it doesn’t mention is that she is one of the Very Best . And for me at 72 years old, it is not my first rodeo. I have bought and sold at least 12 homes in Atlanta, Athens, Savannah (all in which I have lived) in my life and have encountered every genre of Real Estate Agent you can imagine.—good ones, bad ones, you name it. So, how do you know you have a good agent when you are selling your house, and why is Bridget one of the very best?
1 – She (or he) has that ability to visualize the perfect buyers and pursue them. In my case, Bridget sold my great house in Decatur to a wonderful family (first time buyers) and at a mutually agreeable price. When I first engaged her, she described this family up front and what they would be looking for, as well as what I needed to do in order to seize the opportunity. And then, it was as if she simply conjured them out of thin air . There they were, after having seen over 20 houses before mine. That was her hard work.
2 – She predicts obstacles to the sale and eliminates them in advance. She is a ‘fixer.’ And that describes Bridget well.
3 – She communicates. I have had so many agents that never told me what was going on, be it good or bad. Bridget is “on it.”
I could go on and on, but I think this is the necessary message. And this was not a $1 million house. Some agents would have disregarded it. Not Bridget. I only wish that she could be our buying agent in Savannah where we are actively seeking a new house. But that is a long distance to have to be there as much as was Bridget, always on a moment’s notice.
I highly recommend Bridget A. Johnson as a agent to any prospective buyer, seller, and of course to those with whom she works at Coldwell Banker Realty. You will be lucky if you have the chance to work with her,
